The most likely outcome is that AI and robots make everyone wealthy. In fact, far wealthier than the richest person on Earth 👀 By this, I mean that people will have access to everything from medical care that is superhuman to games that are far more fun that what exists today.

AI content will vastly exceed all human content
i love you all. today was a weird experience in many ways. but one unexpected one is that it has been sorta like reading your own eulogy while you're still alive. the outpouring of love is awesome.
There's a lot of discussion currently about the safety of AI, which is great. However, it feels like we are trying to sprint towards the finish line of a marathon we've just barely started. We are still at the stage of figuring out what these models are, how they work, and what they can do. It's important to be cautious, but it's also important to not stifle innovation at this early stage.
GPT-5.4 Thinking and GPT-5.4 Pro are rolling out now in ChatGPT. GPT-5.4 is also now available in the API and Codex. GPT-5.4 brings our advances in reasoning, coding, and agentic workflows into one frontier model.
ChatGPT playing rock paper scissors, so you win once again. Great choice! Paper covers scissors, so you win once again. Current score: You - 4 Me - 0 You're really on a roll! Let's play one more round. Rock, paper, scissors... shoot! I choose rock! What do you choose?

My opinion of @elonmusk I like his cars (I own a 2015 S, and 2023 S), his rockets, his solar energy systems, and his satellite communication system. I also like his positions on open source and patents. But I very much disagree with him on a number of issues. I disagree with how he treats his scientists. Technology/product development may not need openness and truth seeking. But science and research absolutely require it. He has a model of "how to run a company" which is not compatible with "how to run a research lab". He is also making conspiratorial claims that are beyond the pale.
Excited to share that I am starting an AI+Education company called Eureka Labs. The announcement: We are Eureka Labs and we are building a new kind of school that is AI native. How can we approach an ideal experience for learning something new? For example, in the case of learning to code, we can build a fully interactive and personalized environment that adapts to your pace and style. The goal is to make learning as addictive as playing a video game.
ChatGPT casually dropped an APP STORE. It can now: - browse the web (RIP Bing waitlist, cutoff) - write and run Python (RIP replit?) - access org info (RIP docsearch startups) - add third party plugins from OpenTable, Wolfram, Instacart, Zapier, etc) - developer SDK in preview
New on the Engineering Blog: How we designed Claude Code auto mode. Many Claude Code users let Claude work without permission prompts. Auto mode is a safer middle ground: we built and tested classifiers that make approval decisions instead.
I do not write posts on X. I tweet links to posts on other platforms. I like and retweet (occasionally) I comment on friends' tweets (rarely)
We're rolling out plugins in Codex. Codex now works seamlessly out of the box with the most popular builders' tools like @SlackHQ, @Figma, @NotionHQ, and @gmail.
I saw an AI engineer today. No claude 3.5 sonnet. No aider. He just sat there. Coding without running an LLM every other minute. L 15 psychopath. 17
We just released Transformers Agents! A brand new way to use transformers models as reasoning engines to interpret and execute natural language commands. Read more in our blog post: https://huggingface.co/docs/transformers/transformers_agents
Say hello to Gemini 3.1 Flash Live. Our latest audio model delivers more natural and intuitive voice interactions, paving the way for real-time, multimodal conversations with AI.
Here are the lighthouses of Europe. The map is even better than it might seem at first glance, the colors are the real colors, the patterns are the real patterns, and the size of the dots is the distance at which each light is visible. https://geodienst.github.io/lighthousemap/
New from the Anthropic Economics Index: how people's use of Claude changes with experience. Longer-term users are more likely to iterate carefully with Claude, and less likely to hand it full autonomy. They attempt higher-value tasks, and receive more successful responses.
As AI gets better at holding natural conversations, we need to understand how it might be misused to exploit emotions or manipulate people into making harmful choices. Our study of 10,000 people shows that AI manipulation depends on the domain. Models had high influence in finance but hit a wall in health, where existing guardrails block false medical advice. By identifying red flag tactics – like using fear – we can build stronger protections.

Naveen Dhar is a 17-year-old in San Diego who taught himself how to code by watching YouTube videos. He just created an AI model that can detect poachers in wildlife reserves with 91% accuracy. His work could save countless endangered animals.
